Piper broke down her wellness routine to Women's Health. She says that she starts her day off with different healthy beverages. "I have shots of turmeric and ginger with hot water," she says, "I need something that really feels like it's picking me up."

When it comes to eating, Piper likes to wait until the late morning. However, it's not because she intermittent fasts. She says to Women's Health that she waits until she's free to eat. "I'll probably eat something at around 11am," she says. "I just don't eat until I'm actually hungry. And I am so rushed and stressed in the morning that it's not a mindful way to eat."

Piper tells Women's Health that she likes to push herself when she works out. She says that she loves to weight train as a way of staying in shape. "It's good to push forward and go into other spaces," she says. "Lifting weights is a good break from cardio."

Piper broke down her typical day to Healthwellbeing.com. She says that she likes to cook healthy meals for her family. "I really enjoy cooking and try to eat home-made dishes," she says. "I use fresh ingredients, but they need to be quick and satisfying! I usually go for lean protein like salmon or chicken with a huge pile of veggies."

Piper tells Express that she isn't a big drinker. She says that she limits her alcohol consumption because it helps with her diet. She also says that it helps her avoid bloating. "I don't drink a lot of alcohol," she says. "I find alcohol bloats you and it makes you make bad food choices the next day."
