PARRAMATTA Eels club captain Tim Mannah has sold his Glenhaven investment property for $1.45m.
The star prop only lived briefly in the five-bedroom split level home at 42 Greenbank Drive during his three years of ownership.
He is believed to now be looking to buy in the Oatlands area.
The Glenhaven home is positioned on a 900sq m block and is a 10-minute drive to Castle Towers. It features a combined open planned rumpus, dining and kitchen area plus a custom designed study with built-in cabinets. The rear of the home opens up to the large covered terrace and fenced pool overlooking bushland.
According to CoreLogic RP Data, Mannah had paid $1.5m in November 2016. It had been leased for $1100 per week.
Former Eels captain Nathan Cayless has also leased out a property he purchased at auction in Glenhaven last year for $1.56m. He has taken up a position on the coaching staff for the New Zealand Warriors.
Fellow Eels legend Nathan Hindmarsh has been a long-time resident of the leafy suburb. He recently renovated an acreage property there which he shares with designer wife Bonnie and their four sons.
Former GWS AFL Tom Scully sold his Glenhaven home last December for $1.862m after signing a four-year deal with Hawthorn and relocated to Melbourne.
