Sugarcane Seeds and Sugarcane won't be available to new players at the beginning of the game in Disney Dreamlight Valley, but Sugarcane can be used in various recipes and thus is quite useful.
So where do you find Sugarcane Seeds or Sugarcane around the world? While it might not be easy to decipher the answer in-game, we'll answer all of your questions about this elusive crop right here so you can get some for yourself.
How to Get Sugarcane Seeds in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Sugarcane is one of the harder plants to acquire in Disney Dreamlight Valley. This is because you won't be able to find Sugarcane growing on its own around the valley, unlike some other plants.
Instead, you'll need to buy the Sugarcane seeds and grow the Sugarcane yourself if you're in need of some.
You also won't be able to grow Sugarcane very early in the game, as you'll first need access to a location called Dazzle Beach, which requires some time, effort, and in-game currency to access.
Sugarcane Seeds Location In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To get Sugarcane Seeds, you'll need to head to Dazzle Beach - if you haven't unlocked this realm yet, you'll need to do that now. (Note that it costs 1,000 Dreamlight to unlock Dazzle Beach, so you'll need to save up a bit.)
Once you're there, you can approach the Goofy Stall, get it started back up, and purchase some Sugarcane Seeds.
To turn those Sugarcane Seeds into Sugarcane plants, you can plant the seeds anywhere. Then, wait for a little under ten minutes. You'll then have one Sugarcane per seed planted.
You can use this Sugarcane to cook up a variety of sweet treats for you and your island mates to enjoy in the game. Any recipes you cook will provide you with an energy boost, so it's definitely worth it to use your Sugarcane.
